Mission Statement
The Engineering Division’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Accountability (IDEA) committee mission is to foster innovative actions that create an inclusive work environment that values the contributions of all employees and users.
The goal of IDEA is to help support a workforce that reflects and embraces the diversity of genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and physical abilities, as well as the religious, political, and cultural views represented by our whole Engineering Division community.
